Drone Photography in Guilin

Policies
Drone photography is permitted in most locations throughout Guilin, Yangshuo, and Longji Rice Terraces.
However, areas adjacent to the airport or railways have restricted drone usage.
As of January 1, 2024, China has updated its drone flying regulations.
All drones, regardless of weight, must be registered under a real name. A Chinese cell phone number and a WeChat account are required to complete the process.
If you don’t have a Chinese number or encounter difficulties with registration, we’re here to assist you.
